Egypt | How to properly use hair styling training head models?

Proper use of hairdressing training head models requires selecting the appropriate operating method based on the head model type (real hair, mixed hair, synthetic hair) to avoid damaging the hair and maximize practice results. The following is a usage guide categorized by type:

I. Real Hair Head Model (Suitable for all aspects of practice, including cutting, perming, dyeing, and straightening)

Available Operations: Supports cutting, high-temperature curling (curling iron), straightening (flat iron), dyeing, bleaching, braiding, and updoing, almost identical to operating on real human hair.

Temperature Control: When using a curling iron or flat iron, it is recommended to control the temperature between 160°C and 180°C, holding for 3–5 seconds to avoid overheating and causing dryness.

Care Points: After practice, wash with a mild shampoo and conditioner, gently patting and rinsing; do not rub.

When combing, start from the ends and gradually work upwards to prevent tangles.

Air dry naturally; avoid direct sunlight or high-temperature drying.

II. Mixed Hair Template (Suitable for braiding, updos, and basic perms)

Applicable Scenarios: Commonly used for bridal styling, updos, fuzzing, and foil perm practice. Some styles can tolerate low-temperature perming.

Limitations/Reminders: Not recommended for chemical softening, bleaching, or prolonged high-temperature treatments, as these can easily damage the hair.

Usage Suggestions: Do not exceed 160°C when perming. Wash promptly after use to restore smoothness.

Comb the hair before braiding to enhance volume and create a more three-dimensional look.
