High-frequency use (daily practice): Wash after every 5-6 uses.

Medium-frequency use (3-4 times per week): Wash after every 7-8 uses.

Low-frequency use (1-2 times per week): Wash once every 2 weeks if there is no obvious dirt.

Note: Synthetic fiber material is not resistant to repeated washing. Do not wash more than 3 times per month, otherwise the lifespan will be shortened by more than 40%.
